You can arrange a return by messaging me (Joe) @ergongames on facebook messenger or emailing me at [email protected]. I can then advise how best make a return for your situation. Please read FULL details for more information.

If you request a return within 14 days of receipt of your item, you are guaranteed a refund. No reason needs to be provided to do this. Once you’ve made a return request, you will need to send the item back to us (our agreed destination) within 14 days. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a refund within 14 days (your receipt may take slightly longer).
If you wish to return any later than this we may not offer you a refund or exchange. But we’ll consider any fair case, so please get in touch and we can discuss it (keep in mind it can be difficult for us as a small startup).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It may also need to be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we can approve, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (within days, under normal circumstances).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to make an exchange send us an email at [email protected] or contact us through facebook @ergongames and we can consider it and instruct you where to send your item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver: meaning they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should reach out to us for information on where to mail your product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs may be non-refundable (we’re a small start-up so it’s hard to offer the luxury of refundability). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
